Memaw's Chow-Chow Recipe:
6 Pints Cabbage
1½ Pints Bell Pepper
3 Pints Green Tomatoes
1½ Pints Onions
½ Pkg Celery Seeds
½ Pkg Mustard Seeds
5 or 6 Hot Pepper (If Desired)
1 Cup Sugar
Salt to Taste
Cover with vinegar, cook until color changes about 20 minutes, stir often, put in jar and seal.
